Our Caregivers are carefully screened and selected. They must meet the regulatory licensing, criminal history screening, communication skills and training requirements. But beyond that, we look for individuals with personalities of empathy and compassion, those who show devotion to what they do. Matching caregivers to clients ensures quality and consistency of care for the clients over the long-term.
