Children & Adolescent Services
At-Home understands that children and adolescents with disabilities and special needs are unique and require unique care. As a parent or guardian, you cannot change the fact that your child has a disability. However, you can rely on our services to help relieve some of the stress and challenges that come with facing your child’s illness or disability. A caregiver may be able to come to your house several times a week or just once in a while.
NM Medicaid EPSDT Program and Affordable Private Pay are two of our payment options.
Programs Available
The Early Periodic, Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) Program.
In New Mexico, EPSDT Services, which include personal care services, are available to any child under the age of twenty-one who is enrolled in the Medicaid State Plan Program (PCS). Personal Care Services that are required medically are covered by the New Mexico Medical Assistance Division (MAD).

Programs Available
EPSDT PCS and Respite Care Options
EPSDT PCS Care Option: At-Home Personal Care Services is responsible for the hiring, training, supervising and termination of the Personal Care Attendant(s).
Respite Care Option: In-Home respite care is an essential part of the overall support that families may need to keep their family member with a disability at home. It can be planned for a few hours or for as long as a weekend. Respite can take place regularly or intermittently, as you need it; however, it does need to be planned in advance.
